Lifetime Brands, Inc. Announces Pricing of Common Stock Offering

WESTBURY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 17, 2005--Lifetime Brands, Inc. (NASDAQ: LCUT) announced today the pricing of a public offering of 2,500,000 shares of common stock, consisting of 1,500,000 primary shares and 1,000,000 secondary shares, at a price of $21.50 per share. Lifetime and certain selling shareholders also granted the underwriters an option to sell up to an additional 375,000 shares of their common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering is expected to close on November 23, 2005.

Citigroup Corporate and Investment Banking is acting as the sole book-runner for the offering and Adams Harkness, Inc. is acting as a co-manager for the offering.
