DECLARES REGULAR QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND

WESTBURY, NY, JANUARY 27, 2000 -- LIFETIME HOAN CORPORATION (NASDAQ NM: LCUT) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.0625 per share, payable on February 18, 2000 to shareholders of record February 4, 2000.

Lifetime Hoan Corporation is a leading designer, marketer and distributor of household cutlery, kitchenware, cutting boards and bakeware, marketing its products under various trade names including Farberware®, Hoffritz® and Revere®.
